a healthy diet with less salt or the DASH (dietary approach to stop
hypertension) diet.
3. Quit
smoking
4. Limit
the amount of alcohol you drink
5. Maintaining
a healthy weight or try losing weight if you are over weight
6. Eating
food rich in potassium
7. Fish
oil (omega-3 fatty acid)
8. Add
garlic to your food
